To ensure your trade-ins are as smooth and efficient as possible, please follow these steps:

1. To begin selling singles you must create a TCGCulture account by clicking on Buylist.
2. At the top, select which game you are selling cards for.
3. Use the search bar to find the cards you wish to sell and add quantities to your cart using the 'Sell' tab.
4. Please sort the cards in the exact order shown in your cart. Please note that if you do not sort the cards we will apply a fee of 10%.
5. Take care in noting the set and condition of each of the cards you wish to trade in.
6. When you finish adding and sorting your cards on the buylist, click 'Submit List'.
7. Once your buylist is submitted, we will review it and send you an email with instructions arranging for delivery to TCGCulture.
8. You will then have 5 business days to drop cards off in person or via mail. We plan incoming inventory based on this, therefore if received outside of this window we reserve the right to cancel or to update purchase price.
9. Please make sure you deliver your cards in the exact order that they are listed on your buylist. If you are mailing your cards please make sure they are well packaged and that you use a tracked courier service. Do not put cards in zip lock bags or wrap them with rubber bands. We highly recommend packaging in card boxes with padding to prevent movement in transit. We recommend that you also consider insurance as occasionally items are damaged or lost in transit (TCGCulture accepts no liability in those cases).  Please write your buy order number on your package. You are responsible for shipping costs.
10. We will grade your cards once they arrive. In our initial email (step 7) we will provide an estimate for how long grading may take based on the size of the buylist.
11. If any changes to your buylist are made (e.g. if a card is a different set or condition than was originally listed), we will inform you and confirm if you would still like to go ahead.
12. Once the trade-in has been confirmed, any store credit will be issued to your account with us, and any cash will be sent via online banking.
13. If for any reason the trade-in does not go ahead, we will send your cards back to you at your expense.

Additionally; 

• When submitting your buylist, make sure you don't get tripped up by reprint sets (like Mega Packs, Gold Series or 25th Anniversary sets) when determining what set your cards are from.
• If you unwittingly send us counterfeit cards TCGCulture will inform you, and retain and destroy the cards.

Buylist Payment:

• Payouts will be issued once the buylist has been received and graded. 
• Payouts are in NZD.
• Cash is paid via online banking.
• We are not responsible to pay any custom costs for buylists sent from outside New Zealand. if there is a customs fee when we receive the buylist, it will either be rejected by us or the fee will be deducted from the total paid out to you (at our discretion).

Buylist prices:

• We ask that all buylists are sent within 5 business days. After that time, prices are subject to change. Your buylist will remain active in our system during that time, but acceptance is not guaranteed.
• All prices are subject to change based on market value and our current card stock.
• Our buylists are provided for your information only and should not be considered a guaranteed offer to buy.
• Buylist prices and quantities in demand are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse cards for any reason.
• Cards submitted into buylists must be entered in the proper edition.
• Submitting buylists full of cards with incorrect edition selected will result in automatic rejection.
