Shipping within New Zealand

We ship throughout the whole of New Zealand. If you are in New Zealand and do not receive your order of an in stock item within 2 weeks we will give you a $10 voucher.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $9 within New Zealand, including rural addresses. Our standard shipping is a tracked courier.

Who do we trust to ship your products?

We work with New Zealand post 99% of the time. When we do not use New Zealand post, we use other reputable courier companies.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-3 days.

Shipping will usually take 1-5 days, depending on your address.

Pre-order lead times vary. Most pre-order items will be dispatched on release date, when in stock. On rare occasions we may dispatch early but only to allow the products to reach you on release date, not before. If delays in pre-order items being dispatched are expected, we will communicate this to you. 

Please note public holidays, and seasonal demands on the carrier network can delay packages and we do not warrant against delays outside our control.

Shipping outside New Zealand

We are sorry to disappoint those outside of New Zealand, but our current policy is that we do not ship internationally. This is because we have chosen to prioritise our local players, and New Zealand is often the last place to receive stock for our local game stores. 

In very rare exceptions, if we were to ship internationally, the shipping rate would be calculated based on the destination. We would work closely with you to confirm shipping costs prior to dispatch. Additionally, you may need to pay additional customs and duties on your order, depending on where you are in the world. TCGCulture accepts no responsibility for customs or duty charges.
