Use your Nest to play a bird, draw cards or lay eggs. Activate birds in your Flock from left to right. After someone plays their 6th bird, everyone scores points!
Wingspan Pocket Edition distils the Wingspan experience down to a lighter, shorter, card-driven game where each player activates a single row of cards on their turn. Every card is double-sided, with a food side and a bird side. Bird powers are shown mainly with icons instead of text, and include a new type of power: ongoing (green) benefits.
Accessible for new players yet still compelling for experienced gamers. This is a standalone game in a small box, not an expansion, and features birds from around the world.

FAQ
When I'm drawing a bird card, can I draw blind from the top of a food deck and flip over the card?
All cards drawn are kept exactly as they are drawn. If a card says to draw a bird card, the only bird cards available are those in the market that are currently bird-side up. The same goes for food: the only food cards in the market are those that are food-side up.
Can I mix these cards with Wingspan bird cards?
No. Wingspan Pocket is completely independent of Wingspan. It's a standalone game, not an expansion. The cards don't have nests, they have interactions that don't work in Wingspan, and they have different backs (birds on the front, food icons on the backs).
