2. Starting a Return: To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@tcgculture.com. If your return meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Change of Mind Not Accepted: We do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind. Ensure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

4. Damages, Faults, Defects, and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items promptly. If you discover any defects, damage, or if an incorrect item has been received, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
